Previous and ongoing PLC activities encompass all of the following tasks and disciplines:
- Tier 2 Service Desk functional technical, management, database and infrastructure support for all Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) operating systems
- Provision of resolutions to PDSS functional issues, along with Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Determination of functional issues in relation to custom code objects
- Configuration and testing of configuration changes as needed to resolve issues
- Updating design documents to reflect changes from patches and setup changes
- Independent Verification and Validation, control testing, developed and enhanced application
- Review of existing Government Furnished Property (GFP) processes related to contractor property management, identification of gaps and areas for improvement, and reviews of recent policy and guidance
- Identification of gaps in GFP Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and draft GFP Marine Corps Orders (MCO), with subsequent recommendation, implementation, and demonstration of mitigating solutions
